Im not sure followed her but someone said BiebsmeetHayley on twitter and I relized she has Hutchinson Gilford Progeria Syndrome I had to and they made her twitter but they made it for a good reason because thousands of fans made her dream come true to meet Justin Bieber and for him to follow her! He tweeted saying : "@BiebsmeetHayley u did a good thing. and you were right she has a great smile. :) "
